About Shanjay
I am a recent graduate from the University of Warwick, who studied Management with experience tutoring Maths across 11+, KS3 and GCSE levels. I take a calm, supportive and structured approach to teaching, helping students build confidence while improving their understanding and exam technique.
My lessons are tailored to each student’s ability and learning style, ensuring they feel comfortable asking questions and progressing at their own pace. I focus on making difficult topics simple and engaging, while maintaining a professional and reliable learning environment.
Whether a student needs support with core fundamentals or is aiming for top grades, I work to help them achieve their academic goals with confidence.

I take a patient and structured approach to tutoring, focusing on building confidence and strong understanding rather than memorisation. I break topics down into simple steps, use worked examples, and reinforce learning through practice and exam-style questions.
I tutor Maths for 11+, KS3 and GCSE students, adapting lessons to each student’s ability and goals. I also help improve exam technique, problem solving and confidence.
Lessons typically last 60–90 minutes and are interactive and tailored to the student’s needs.
I am currently studying Management at the University of Warwick, specialising in Digital Business, and have tutoring experience working with students of different ages and abilities, including SEN pupils.
