About Carlos
My name is Carlos, I am a personal trainer and since I was little I have been passionate about the world of sports, I would like to share my knowledge and help people to achieve their goals in the best and easiest way possible, good communication with clients creating a good atmosphere and making the work as comfortable as possible for them.

I always begin with a personal interview to get to know the person better, their goals, availability, any injuries or illnesses, limitations, and physical abilities. This is followed by tests to assess their strength, endurance, and flexibility. I then develop a training program tailored to my client and their objectives, explaining the program and the exercises it includes, answering questions and correcting technique, and monitoring the training to ensure everything is progressing well. I also incorporate feedback from my client to make any necessary adjustments.
