About Janet
Hi, I’m Janet! I’m a language enthusiast on a mission to prove that learning Spanish doesn’t have to feel like staring at a dusty textbook.
I graduated in Politics and International Relations, so I’ve spent a lot of time thinking about how the world talks to itself. Growing up speaking different languages, I’ve always seen them as the ultimate 'secret pass' to new cultures and friendships, and I’m here to help you get yours.
I’m teaching because I’m a language nerd at heart! I know exactly what it’s like to hit that 'intermediate wall' or feel shy about speaking out loud. My goal is to be the mentor I wish I had: someone to show you that Spanish is actually incredibly logical and fun! once you stop overthinking the grammar.
I love helping people realise that they can actually hold a conversation without their brain short-circuiting. Whether you’re prepping for a GCSE or A-Level that’s stressing you out, or you just want to order a coffee in Madrid without pointing at the menu, I’m here to make it easy, witty, and dare I say the best part of your week.
