About Raúl
For as long as I can remember, music has been a very important part of my life. I've always been interested in understanding how sounds can connect with our emotions. That was one of the reasons I gravitated toward the world of music and the opportunity to enjoy the varied styles it offers, from classical music to jazz, pop, electronic music, and popular and folk music.
Beyond music, I am also interested in philosophy, psychology, history, art, and the humanities in general, which allows me to offer classes with a fairly broad focus, connecting musical theory and practice with their historical and cultural context.

I am a graduate music teacher (piano), specializing in modern music, although I also have experience in the classical repertoire. I offer piano and keyboard lessons for all ages, children and adults, from beginners to intermediate/advanced.
Classes are designed so that students can play from day one, allowing them to enjoy the learning process, complemented by other subjects such as musical language, harmony, and improvisation.
We can schedule a no-obligation first class, and then we can set your goals. I have all the necessary materials. Flexible schedules. For in-person classes, I live in Barcelona, between Gracia and Eixample, with the possibility of traveling within the metropolitan area. I also teach online classes via Zoom and other platforms.
