About Ben
I have 15 years of teaching experience. I currently work for schools but I want some more after school work which don’t follow the same academic frameworks. I love teaching different genres and finding new music together! Whether it is pop/rap/rock/metal I am all for it! I love a challenge.
I also teach the Trinity Rock and Pop grades

Looking to learn guitar in a way that’s engaging, flexible, and genuinely fun?
I’m a graduate of the Academy of Contemporary Music and an experienced, gigging musician who’s performed at major venues and festivals including Brixton Academy, Shepherd's Bush Empire, Manchester Academy, Birmingham NEC, Reading Festival, and Download Festival.
I teach a wide range of styles (everything except classical and jazz), and I work with students of all ages and abilities—from complete beginners to more advanced players looking to level up.
My approach is all about building a real love for the instrument while giving you a solid foundation in music theory—so you’re not just playing songs, you’re understanding them too. Lessons are relaxed, tailored to your goals, and designed to keep you motivated.
I offer lessons at your home (depending on distance), at my place, or online—whatever works best for you.
