I have been teaching in different school settings, local and international, for more than 20 years. This exposure allows me to understand more and better the students' needs. My strategy is to observe and understand the students' ability and personalize the teaching and learning pathway. I encourage Q&A because my belief is that the first step to success is to question what you do not understand.
