I always wanted to be a teacher since I was a kid, even though teachers are not appreciated as they where in the past, I think good educators are one of the main pillars of any healthy society, it's not about the money, it's about willing to change the future for the better with the best education we can provide.

Instead of a conventional approach I prefer to teach using different games and dynamics according to the level of every class and student. I will start the class with a minigame to catch the attention of students, then when the students are focused in the I will start with the grammar explanation and during the last minutes of the lesson I will make the students discuss between each other what they learned during that class. That method can be applicable to elementary and middle school students.
