The plan includes 1 to 1 advice with 24/7 attention, nutritional plan focused on your needs, optional advice on supplementation. It is taught and strives to lead a sustainable and bearable lifestyle, not to make this process of either losing fat or gaining muscle a tedious process but rather fun and healthy. Additionally, an initial assessment can be made to have a more adequate notion of progress.
