About Leah
My name is Leah and I have subbed in classrooms of all levels for the past 5 years and have skills to work with neurodivergent and neurotypical students alike. I have a passion for sharing my knowledge with others. I am professional, understanding, and love what I do. I strive to help students feel more confident in their academics and in themselves.

My name is Leah. I graduated from the University of New England with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies. I am experienced working with kids of all ages. I am skilled in teaching science and social studies for all grade levels and math subjects for grades up to 8th grade. I am able to explain things in different ways so that my students can understand. My teaching style is based around visual learning and hands-on approaches when possible. I have experience working with kids with ADHD and Autism and have taught in the classroom as a substitute teacher in all grades.
