First I will know about students what he/sheblearn before. Then i ask some question related to some basic things which always need . Then i try to learn him/her easiest method and approch . GWhen complete any chapter then revise it and want to know queries regarding chapters and take exam of that chapter. give home work. This process so on. Process changes vary situation wise.
