About Josselyn
Hello, my name is Josselyn. You can call me Joss. I also have a degree in Psychology and got my Spanish degree because I absolutely loved learning about Spanish and talking about Spanish as a language. I grew up speaking Spanish so I definitely had a head start on knowing the language naturally but it was really interesting to learn linguistically why certain words are pronounced a certain way and how sounds vary throughout all Spanish speaking countries. I hope to share my knowledge of Spanish with you and increase your abilities to speak, read, and write the language.

Lessons with me will be based on your learning style because every student learns differently. There will be a lot of Spanish speaking but we will switch back to English to explain as well. Spanish lessons are great but practicing outside of class is also very important so there will be homework at times. It won’t be anything hard. The homework is so that your brain is able to think in Spanish more throughout the week and not just during lessons. The best way to learn a language is by using it as often as possible.
