About Gráinne
- What kind of experience do you have?
I am a professional actress working in the industry since graduating RADA in 2009. I have worked in the National Theatre, The Old Vic Theatre, The Abbey Theatre Dublin, The Orange Tree Theatre, The Oxford Playhouse, among others, working with leading directors in the industry such as Jeremy Herrin, Benedict Andrews, Tom Cairns, John Crowley and Blanche McIntyre.
My television work includes Black Mirror, Law and Order, Titanic, Doctors and my film work includes The Foreigner, The Wife, The Look of Love, Half of a Yellow Sun, Blackbird. I've worked with such exciting actors as Glenn Close, Jonathan Pryce, Pierce Brosnan, Jackie Chan, John Hamm, Rooney Mara, Ben Mendelsohn, Thandie Newton, Steve Coogan.
Even more relevant to those aspiring actors auditioning for drama schools, I was accepted into RADA, LAMDA and Bristol Old Vic and I have worked for a few years as an assistant on the RADA auditions, so can help clarify the process for you! I love teaching drama and helping release the actor with the text!

- How much do you charge?
I charge £40 per hour and if I'm travelling farther afield, I will ask for travel expenses to be covered.
- Where do you teach?
I teach in the South generally (Peckham. Dulwich, East Dulwich, Nunhead, Brockley, Forest Hill, Camberwell, Clapham, Brixton, Wandsworth) but can travel further afield. I can teach at students homes or at mine, if during the day.
- When are you available?
My schedule is very flexible and I can do mornings, afternoons and evenings.
- Which ages and levels do you teach?
From 16 to 105!
- Describe your arrangements for online tutoring.
A skype session is do-able but not ideal. It's better to be face to face!
