About Helen
I am a committed Guitar tutor with 8 years of experience teaching music to high school students, college learners, and adults who want to learn guitar in a supportive environment. So far, I have successfully guided around 300 students in their guitar journey.
My teaching philosophy is based on clear instruction, patience, and consistent practice. I believe that with the right guidance, anyone can learn guitar.
In my lessons, students begin with the basics such as proper hand position, chord practice, rhythm exercises, strumming techniques, and finger strength development. These fundamentals help students develop good technique and confidence.
I also encourage students to learn songs they enjoy, which keeps them motivated and excited about learning.
Teaching hundreds of students has helped me develop practical teaching methods that help beginners progress steadily.
Many of my students have grown confident enough to perform in school programs and college events, which is always encouraging to see.
My goal is to help students build strong guitar skills and a lasting interest in music.

My teaching methodology for Guitar focuses on building a strong musical foundation while making learning enjoyable and practical. I begin by understanding the student’s goals, learning style, and experience level so that I can design lessons that suit their needs.
Students learn fundamental Guitar techniques such as chords, rhythm patterns, strumming methods, scales, and finger exercises. These basics help them develop control and accuracy while playing. I explain each concept in simple steps and guide students through exercises and song practice.
I also use real-life musical examples from songs and performances so students can see how Guitar techniques are used in real music. Along with Guitar training, I introduce related subjects such as music theory basics, ear training, rhythm development, improvisation basics, and songwriting.
These subjects help students develop well-rounded musical skills. My aim is to help students become confident Guitar players who enjoy learning and performing music.
