About Sarah
I grow up in Brussels, Belgium and moved when I was 17. I barely spoke any English but pushed myself and learned it pretty quickly. I moved a little bit around but found myself back to Austin, Texas where I started to teach French independently. I've been now doing it for 6 years and have taught to all ages and levels.
I love traveling and cultures, it's my biggest passion. I love getting to meet new people and making new connection.
What I love about teaching French is to be able to bring this new knowledge to someone that may bring them to explore new parts of the world.

I teach French for all levels!
Starting from the beginning, to tutoring high school college, wanting to start a new hobby or just having conversations to keep the language going. All of it is possible!
I can adjust to your need and I like to work with subjects that match your everyday life. I like to include some culture about different French countries and push my student to travel and practice the language at the heart of it.

Perfect! Friendly. Well prepared. Informative and lesson time flies by since it’s such a great lesson time. My kids take lessons too and it’s what they look forward to all week. They are encouraged well to learn, and Sarah is very good at getting their attention and focus. We are very happy!

I would highly recommend Sarah - I've had a lot of foreign language teachers over the years and she is the only one who has taken a hands on approach. She truly wants you to learn the language. The lessons are practical and fun and she's really good at her job. Definitely take lessons with her!
Absolutely caring and diligent teacher. It’s so easy to learn and keep practicing with Sarah. She also teaches both my kids, and they look forward to the lesson every week. She is always on time, have a lesson planned, and comes with enthusiasm. I highly recommend.
