About Matthew
Playing at local venues for 8 years taught me how to handle a guitar when the pressure is on. I spent those nights learning what actually connects with a crowd and what just creates noise. Most of my technique comes from that real-world trial and error process.
I hold a BFA in Contemporary Music Performance to back up the stage time. Those 8 years helped me build a practical perspective on how to play better. It is satisfying to share these lessons with players who want to sharpen their skills. Teaching others keeps my own technique honest and focused.
