About Tina
My interest in guitar started from listening to live bands and experimenting with songwriting during my teenage years. I completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Contemporary Guitar Studies and have spent the last 4 years helping students improve through supportive and practical music instruction.
I enjoy adapting lessons for different personalities, skill levels, and musical interests. Some students improve through technical repetition, while others grow faster through improvisation and creative exploration. My teaching style focuses on patience, motivation, and balanced learning that encourages confidence.
Outside teaching, I enjoy recording instrumental music, exploring acoustic arrangements, and studying modern guitar techniques. Staying connected to music helps me introduce fresh inspiration into lessons. Teaching guitar is meaningful to me because I enjoy helping students build creativity and self-confidence through music.

My guitar lessons focus on helping students develop strong playing skills while enjoying the creative side of music. I teach rhythm patterns, chord transitions, scales, fingerstyle techniques, improvisation, and musical timing through guided exercises that make learning enjoyable and approachable. Lessons are calm, supportive, and designed to encourage steady progress.
Beginners improve through simple chord exercises, strumming patterns, and guided song practice that gradually strengthen coordination. Intermediate learners develop stronger finger control, rhythm accuracy, and improvisation ability through structured technical work and repertoire study. Advanced students focus on expressive solo playing, advanced techniques, and stronger musical interpretation through detailed practice sessions.
I encourage students to explore music freely instead of worrying about perfection. Lessons promote creativity, confidence, and consistent improvement while helping learners feel comfortable with their playing ability. My goal is to help students become expressive, independent, and confident guitar players.
