About Hope
I am a guitar tutor with 7 years of experience and a Bachelor of Music in Contemporary Guitar Performance. My interest in guitar started with a love for rhythm and sound. Over time, I developed a strong passion for teaching beginners and helping them grow step by step.
My teaching style is simple, calm, and structured. I focus on strong fundamentals before moving to advanced techniques. I adapt my lessons to each student’s learning speed. I also encourage regular practice for steady improvement.
Outside teaching, I continue exploring different styles of guitar playing. This helps me stay connected to real musical practice. My goal is to help students enjoy guitar and grow into confident musicians.

My guitar lessons begin with building comfort and control with the instrument. I help students learn proper posture, relaxed hand position, and clear sound production. Beginners start with simple chords and slow strumming patterns. I guide them step by step so they do not feel overwhelmed. Rhythm is introduced using counting and steady practice exercises. Students learn to switch chords smoothly with patience and control. This creates early confidence and stability in playing.
As students progress, I introduce scales, finger exercises, and song-based learning. Each lesson is structured to improve coordination between both hands. I help students understand timing, rhythm flow, and tone clarity. Mistakes are corrected gently so learners stay motivated. Listening practice is added to improve musical awareness. Practice is divided into small steps for better understanding. This helps students build consistent progress.
Advanced learners focus on expression, solo techniques, and creative playing. I guide them in vibrato, bending, and tone shaping. My goal is to help students develop both skill and musical personality.
