I have 9 years of experience teaching guitar and hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Guitar Performance. My background includes classical, contemporary, and improvisational guitar techniques, giving me a well-rounded approach to instruction. I focus on building students’ technical precision while encouraging expressive musicality.

My guitar lessons focus on developing technique, musicality, and personal expression while fostering a supportive and engaging learning environment. Lessons begin with foundational exercises, including proper hand positioning, finger independence, chord transitions, strumming accuracy, and picking techniques. I emphasize the connection between physical control and sound production, ensuring that students develop both efficiency and tone quality in their playing.
As students progress, I introduce advanced skills such as improvisation, solo phrasing, arpeggios, scales, bending, and vibrato techniques. Lessons include a variety of repertoire spanning multiple genres, allowing students to explore stylistic diversity and personal musical preferences. I guide learners in analyzing songs, understanding structure, and applying theoretical knowledge to practical performance. Each lesson includes targeted exercises to reinforce skills and encourage consistent practice outside of class.
For advanced students, lessons include stage preparation, performance practice, expressive interpretation, and creativity development. Students learn to manage performance anxiety, interpret music emotionally, and develop a unique musical voice. My ultimate goal is to cultivate confident, technically skilled, and expressive guitarists capable of performing solo or in ensembles while enjoying the creative process fully.
