About Chauncey
Teaching music is not about ego but about demystifying the mechanics behind the strings. Beginners often find the instrument intimidating, yet I find that breaking down strumming patterns and acoustic technique makes the process quite simple. My 13 years of experience allow me to guide players through songwriting and improvisation with total clarity.
I have spent over a decade helping people navigate the nuances of rhythm guitar and complex barre chords. Whether students are focusing on fingerpicking, mastering chord transitions, or tackling ear training, I meet them exactly where they are. My approach is methodical, helping grade exam candidates build their confidence until the music just flows.
