I’m Garrett, a professional guitarist and bass player with years of experience in the music industry. I’ve toured extensively with bands across the UK and the USA, recorded in world-class studios like Linford Manor, RAK Studios in London, and a few in Nashville, TN. Music has been my life for as long as I can remember, and there’s nothing more rewarding than helping others discover the joy of playing. I love teaching because I get to share the knowledge I’ve gained. I’m patient, encouraging, and committed to making lessons fun and effective. Experienced guitar and bass player offering engaging 1:1 lessons for all ages and levels. I’ve toured with bands and recorded at top studios including Linford Manor, RAK Studios, and in Nashville, bringing real-world insight to every session. My teaching approach is patient, fun, and tailored to you—whether you’re a complete beginner or looking to advance. I focus on building solid technique, music theory, and the songs you love, while encouraging creativity and confidence. Lessons are typically 60 minutes (or flexible to suit), combining practical playing with personalised feedback to help you progress quickly and enjoy the journey. I welcome absolute beginners picking up a guitar for the first time to intermediate players wanting to refine their skills in rock, pop, blues, or other styles. Whether your goal is playing for fun, preparing for grades, or jamming with friends, I’ll help you get there in a supportive and motivating environment.
