I am a Guitar tutor with nine years of teaching experience working with students of all ages and skill levels. My Guitar lessons begin with foundational skills such as proper posture, hand positioning, chord progressions, strumming patterns, rhythm, and basic music theory. I connect these concepts to real-world musical applications, helping students build confidence through practical playing and hands-on learning.
I cover advanced areas including fingerstyle techniques, lead guitar, improvisation, scales, music theory, songwriting, and genre-specific styles such as rock, blues, jazz, classical, and acoustic guitar. Students learn how different techniques and musical concepts work together to create expressive and dynamic performances.
A strong focus is placed on musical understanding, technical development, and creative expression. Learners practice chord transitions, picking techniques, timing, and performance skills through step-by-step guidance and structured exercises. Clear demonstrations help students gain confidence in both practice and live playing situations.
Real-world applications such as performing songs, composing original music, collaborating with other musicians, and preparing for recitals or recordings are integrated into lessons to show the practical value of guitar skills.
