About Eva
I’ve been in ballet for 13 years and when the pandemic hit, I struggled to pursue ballet without a proper studio or access to physical training. So, I turned to the neighbourhood gym and picked up a new passion. I genuinely enjoy muscle strengthening and think it’s even a form of therapy. I’d like to spread that goodness to others

My lessons are meant to sufficiently challenge you. I assess each individual during their first lessons and tailor an exercise plan to achieve their personal goals. I am patient, analytical and safe. After 6 years of being in the gym, I am confident I can be an effective trainer.
