I believe in facilitating students in the development of their own learning skills. Heuristic teaching, flipped learning and Metacognition strategies are all utilised. I am happy teaching in groups but would also like to teach one on one. I offer both theory (A+P, Nutrition etc) and practical (PT, Fitness etc) lessons.
The approach I take depends on the needs of the individual clients. my approach is unusual in those clients looking to put on lean muscle: it involves highly intense weight exercises. clients looking to lose weight should expect sessions containing weighted cardio designed to burn calories whilst toning the body.
Every person is special and unique, and have different ways of learning and progressing in order to teach their goals. I therefore work closely with each individual to agree upon programs that will help them to reach their next level.
