About Lisa
A bit about me: I am a 29 year old American who is a dedicated yoga practitioner, with over nine years of experience. I have been active within many different yoga communities around the world over the past few years, acquiring my 200hr certification in September 2016, specializing in traditional hatha, ashtanga, various types of meditation, and yoga nidra. I then completed my additional 300hr certification in Rishikesh, India in April 2019. I am also experienced in teaching vinyasa flows, yin/restorative yoga, and guided meditation.
I have been living and traveling abroad in East & Southeast Asia, South & Central America, and Australia. I have experience teaching in studio settings in the US and Melbourne, Australia and have also taught in retreat centers like The Yoga Forest on Lake Atitlan, San Marcos, Guatemala.

We can tailor a private or group yoga session specifically to your needs. If you are a beginner working on foundational poses I can provide a slower hatha session focused on correct alignment and finding your base. If you would like a faster, more aerobic flow, we will work on ashtanga variations to create a personalized flow.
Additionally, I am experienced leading guided meditations, mantra meditations, Bija mantra meditations, and/ or yoga nidra to close out our session in a relaxing and restorative manner.
If you are looking to create a personalized practice that you can repeat day in and out, I am the teacher for you!
