About Ekaterina

Hi, my name is Kate, I am Teacher of Yoga.

I am practicing Hatha and Yin Yoga over 6 years now, been through whole Asia to gain experience in meditation and Yoga philosophy.

I have huge knowledge in Anatomy and Physiology as it is my passion and part of my Diploma.

As well as physical aspects of Yoga, I can teach you Pranayama techniques, which you can use in your daily life for calming and stress-relieving effects.

General questions how to deal with stress, toxic people/environment is based on Buddhist philosophy and way of living.

Yoga is not a fitness. Yoga is so much more than the Western world think it is.
If you want to get fit - please choose other type of practice.
The important thing is to get the right geometry of life. We start with the body geometry. Than I will tell you Yama and Niyama principles of life, which is must be done for practice yoga asanas.

However, Pranayama ( yama from Sanskrit is control, Prana - life energy) can help you to relive stress immediately. It is a breathing techniques, applying them every day will maintain your response to every day life challenges.
