I am a yoga enthusiast who understands the benefit of yoga, through my own personal experience after learning and practicing yoga for over 5 years, which led me to complete a teacher training course certification. I hope to share the knowledge and benefits of yoga just as how I benefited from it.

I do the Sivananda-style Hatha Yoga teaching method. A typical lesson plan will include asanas (yoga poses), Pranayama (breathing exercises), and Sanskrit Mantra chanting (optional). The practice of yoga helps to maintain a balanced body and mind. Long term practice of Hatha Yoga keeps the physical and mental faculties strong. I'm not offering classes for disabled (ex., pregnant, elderly, physically disabled) currently. First sample lesson free!
