About Lauren
I’m the founder of Ebb & Flo Yoga and a level 3 Qualified Hatha Yoga Instructor. For me, the most important thing about teaching yoga is to create an environment where you feel welcomed, supported and find a practice that works for you.
I fell in love with yoga from the ripe age of 14 and that love still continues but now, I want to share it with you.
I’ve practiced yoga all across Europe, but mostly in Scotland - my home country. I’ve been inspired by many teachers throughout my practices and I owe a lot to them. I became a yoga teacher because I want to make a difference to peoples’ lives as yoga has done for mine.

My aim for 1-1 lessons is to give you the foundations to live a more peaceful, stress reduced and hopefully pain reduced life. I'll take into account injuries or setbacks you have and tailor the class to your needs be it physical or mental such as injuries, stress or sleep issues.
My lessons are for any level, even if you have never practiced yoga before. Lessons can be up to one hour long, depending on your preference and time.

I have had many yoga lessons from Lauren over the years, and find her to be a very knowledgeable, calm and attentive tutor. She will always take time to make sure that students are doing the yoga poses correctly, and within each individual’s capabilities.
