About Estela

I have been practicing yoga for almost 10 years and for about a year teaching yoga classes in various centers, schools and individuals. I have been a volunteer and student for several months at the Sivananda Vedanta Yoga School in Madrid and I am currently pursuing the Certificate of Professionalism in Yoga Instruction at the Polytechnic University of Madrid. I have attended several Hatha, Bhakti Yoga, Meditation and Ayurveda workshops and retreats.

About the lesson

I teach Hatha Yoga for all ages and levels with health as the main objective and the spine as the focus of attention. One class includes a short meditation, asanas, pranayama, and relaxation. I also teach guided meditations such as visualizations, Antar Mouna and Yoga Nidra.

Details

Individual class € 15 / h, classes of 1h30 'for € 20. Group class € 20 / h, classes of 1h30 'for € 25. Regularity: One or two classes a week. Payment options: -Monthly payment in advance. -Bonuses of 5 or 10 classes upon payment (expiration 2 and 4 months respectively).
