•I had done my masters in yoga from university of patanjali.
•200 hrs teacher’s training from “Sivananda Dhanwantri ashram,kerala”
•NET qualified in “Yoga”
*I am teaching from the last 3 years in Rishikesh,taught 50plus Ttc’s.

My class is based on my clients.I always try to give an instruction which is easily understandable by my students .My class always starts with a meditation and I divided days like (days for spine extensions or days for spine expansions) and end each session with relaxation ( savasana) and Pranayama.I try to include all aspects of yoga into the practice and help them to bring in their lifestyle.
