About Keith
I have worked in the IT training industry since leaving the navy in 1996. Combining an ability to listen, explain technical details in an easy to understand way and establish rapport with people from all areas of society. I am committed to the advancement of people’s IT knowledge through training. The challenge: find ways of making training interesting and memorable, to prevail over the annoyances sometimes encountered in using IT, and to make IT work for you. I will endeavour to make learning interactive, fun and engaging and relevant to your needs.

I teach in a relaxed manner, explaining things in an easy to understand way, no technical gobbledegook. I am extremely patient (I have three kids). Lesson lengths can be flexible according to students' needs. Whatever your current level, age or background, I can help you to reach your targets. I have over 20 years' experience teaching people from nervous starters to the more experienced. I also have Training design experience and am TAP certified.
