I have been teaching yoga for nearly a decade now hold a RYT 200-hr certification. I am a well seasoned instructor and am comfortable sharing all types of yoga. My niche is partner & thai yoga.

About Holly
After graduating from The University of Florida with a certificate in medical anthropology and a minor in sociology, I went on to get my RYT 200-hr training thru Yoga Alliance.
My yoga training was a 9 month extensive course where I submerse myself in building a foundation of restorative/yin & yoga philosophy. I continued on to study with acro yoga international where I earned therapeutic benefits of partner yoga and thai massage. I also hold a certificate in trauma informed teaching and have experience with marginalized youth. After practicing and teaching yoga for a decade now it's become a six sense and I would love the opportunity to show you all the practice had to offer.

I have a sociable fun and easy going personality paired with an immense amount of knowledge and passion for movement and human connection. My teaching style is organic and I like to share all the amazing ways yoga can positively impact you as an individual. My extensive background as an acroYogi paired with my petite stature makes me the ideal human prop to help support your practice with fun ways to work together to mentally and physically lift you up.

Perfect! I had my first session with Holly and can’t wait for the next one. Her form of yoga is super fun and she really helps push your body to get a great stretch. She has a warm personality and makes you feel at ease. Highly recommend!
