About Katie
I am a outgoing young professional who has had real world experience! I ran a 15 acre farm and taught many students about farming and the environment. My classes ranged from making maple syrup to planting lettuce and tomatoes to making food from the garden! I also have a horticulture background with annuals, perennials, and nursery plants.

My teaching method is getting you, the student, to care deeply about the topics! I will present the material in a fun way that gets you EXCITED to learn! A typical lesson will include a fun video, an activity or experiment outside if applicable and conversations around the topics. My lessons are directed towards all ages who are taking classes based on the environment! I specialize in agriculture and earth science.
