I am Liliola van Wyk. I have a BLS degree in exercise and nutrition. I also have a BA Honours degree in human movement science-Biokinetics. I have been in private practice for the past 16 years. I love to share my knowledge in all aspects of the human body (anatomy, physiology, exercise, rehabilitation, medication interactions and so much more). I would love to help students with my knowledge of anatomy, physiology, exercise, sportnutrition, sportinjuries, rehabilitation and helping people to understand their bodies and the functioning thereof. The human body is capable of so much, we just need to understand it and enhance it. I can also help the student to understand exercise and the effect that medications have on exercise. Metabolic syndrome is one the biggest problem with many people, understanding the syndrome can help the student to improve quality of live for these people. Let me help you be a better Biokineticist, personal trainer or exercise specialist.
