I have a degree in Natural Sciences from Cambridge University where I specialised in Chemistry and Quantum Mechanics. I have been teaching across the range of sciences and mathematics for 8 years and am particularly familiar with: IB, Pre-U, A-Levels, AS-Levels, GCSEs, 11+ and Advanced Extension Awards. I have also taught university level Chemistry and Physics; and I have also trained individuals for technical based interviews, including Oxbridge Entrance (87% of my students gained places first time). I have taught in state and public schools across the UK and run several science clubs in London.
All of my students have been able to achieve top grades and I have never taken on a student who has not improved by more than two grades by the time they took their final exams. I am committed to each student and I recognise that different individuals require different teaching methods and styles. I have several novel methods of inspiring students so that they begin to work for themselves, when previously they may not have found academics rewarding.
