About Rebecca

I have my Master's from Tennessee State University. My specialty is teaching reading. My lessons will be based on the most recent research on the Science of Reading. I have training in dyslexic therapy. Teaching students with dyslexia takes special knowledge about how the brain learns for these students.

About the lesson

Lessons are made to meet the needs of your child. My first lesson will be an assessment. I will take the data and craft lessons according to the student's needs. I use curriculum by Smarter Learning Ascend. Lessons are 1 hour a week at least 2 times a week but I recommend 3 times a week.
