About Rosalie
Musical growth happens when you combine formal training with real-world stage experience. My BMus degree from Berklee provides the technical framework for my students.
I spent 13 years performing in NYC and on tour to learn how to play under pressure. This path allows me to bridge the gap between classical repertoire and pop improvisation. Adults and intermediate learners appreciate my ability to explain complex theory simply.
My teaching style relies on 8 years of experience helping students find their flow. I work with returning learners to rebuild their confidence at the keys. It is truly rewarding to see students master a difficult piece.

Can you feel stuck when trying to coordinate your left and right hands? Hand independence is a common hurdle I help students clear during our time together. We work through scales and arpeggios to build essential dexterity. I incorporate music theory and ear training to help you understand what you are playing.
Sight reading and sight playing skills are essential for pop and contemporary musicians. I design these sessions for adults who want to play with confidence. You can expect a steady progression that honors your musical goals.
Practicing becomes an enjoyable habit when you understand the mechanics of the music. Watching your progress is the best part of my day.
