About Karel
I have coached rugby for 30 years at Club level and at High School for all age groups. I have also written a blog about high school rugby . I have taken tours to Argentina(x5) and England, Scotland and Wales.

I base my coaching on skills and fitness training with the ball in hand. I prefer that the basics be drilled into the players in a fun way especially via various games. From the basics the game plan is built.
