About Georgia
I’m Georgia, and I have experience working with clients in the health coaching/exercise space for over 12 years. I am so passionate about healthy lifestyles. But my approach is different from most; there’s no one fit all or magic fix, I work closely with you to make small tweaks here and there that you can stick to long term. we don’t yo-yo, we make sure what we change we can stick to! I love helping people improve health biometrics, I have worked on pre diabetic programmes for 3 years and it’s a huge passion of mine. I can’t wait to help you too!

Wanting to change your lifestyle for the better? I work with clients 1-1 to improve their health. Whether you are looking to lose some weight, or perhaps you are pre-diabetic or have high cholesterol or another raised health factor, I am here to work closely with you to improve this. We work step by step to improve aspects of movement, exercise and diet. Each session you will come away with bespoke plans, and we will check in routinely to move forward with progress. If wanted / needed, we can also complete exercise sessions on the call.
