About Jonathon
I have previously worked with the national governing body for health and fitness and have taught classes of all shapes and sizes. I have taught many students who have gone on to become qualified fitness experts. Student ages have ranged from teenagers all the way through to over 50's so I am very versatile when it comes to clients.

My teaching method is very thorough and I provide a lot of in-depth knowledge of several subjects within the fitness sector. I like to show my clients how the body works and how the muscles function so practically they can see and feel for themselves how the body operates.

Cancellation policy - if the lesson is cancelled prior to the day of the session, the student will be charged at 50% the hourly rate. If the lesson is cancelled the day of the session, the student will be charged the full amount.
