My teaching method is very thorough and I provide a lot of in-depth knowledge of several subjects within the fitness sector. I like to show my clients how the body works and how the muscles function so practically they can see and feel for themselves how the body operates.
I have previously worked with the national governing body for health and fitness and have taught classes of all shapes and sizes. I have taught many students who have gone on to become qualified fitness experts. Student ages have ranged from teenagers all the way through to over 50's so I am very versatile when it comes to clients.
Cancellation policy - if the lesson is cancelled prior to the day of the session, the student will be charged at 50% the hourly rate. If the lesson is cancelled the day of the session, the student will be charged the full amount.

Production/Procurement Coordinator Linn-Tech Scotland Ltd February 2016-Date
Since February 2016 I have been office based within Linn-Tech, my role has now completely changed and I am now situated within the procurement and production department. This role has multiple responsibilities although the one thing relative to my previous role is that I am now in charge of programming the companies two CNC machines. In my current role I am required to plan and structure the purchasing, delivery and production of the required materials for several different ongoing jobs. I produce the cutting lines for the factory in order for them to cut and fabricate the materials in time for the specified delivery dates. For every job we do I am required to order the Glass to correspond with the materials that I have specifically ordered ensuring that throughout the job all the sizes and angles are correct in order for the screens and windows to fit together. This role requires high levels of coordination and organisation as I need to acknowledge the suppliers lead times, and their delivery dates, keeping in mind our fabrication period which should be finished in time for our own site start date. During this I need to abide to our companies cash flow and also our own valuation dates.
Factory/CNC Operator Linn-Tech Scotland Ltd May 2011-February 2016
Linn-Tech is an Aluminium company who produce Curtain Walling, Windows and Doors. I started at Linn-Tech in May 2011 as part of a Summer Temp programme; I have since had other jobs but continued to work there on a temporary, summer basis before being asked to take on a permanent role in December 2013. Since being made permanent I have been given roles with increasing responsibility. I currently work as an operator for the companies two CNC Machines, I am responsible for one of the first stages of production. The role also requires me to Programme the machine to ensure that all the correct preparations and procedures are going to be carried out on each bar before they get put through. Every preparation and procedure has to be accurate as the whole section will not fit together if they are the slightest error. I have experience and have been trained to operate virtually all machinery within the factory. Working hard to meet the contractor’s delivery date I need to ensure that the correct amount of materials are being delivered by the expected date, whilst ensuring at all times that the company achieves the quality required and meets Health & Safety standards.
Executive Team Leader ACN Network Marketing November 2014-September 2015
ACN are a Network Marketing, customer Acquisition Company. They are a global company which have recently reached a Billion Dollars in revenue. All the work and effort I put in is all within my own time and the more I put into it benefits my outcome in the end. I was an Executive Team Leader which essentially meant I was the leader of my own business team within this global company. I was one of the representatives from Scotland and I was provided with sources and information on how to save people money on their Utility bills: Gas, Electricity, Land-line phones, Mobile phones and various different other products. I built my own team of representatives and provided In-house training on how to become successful within the business. I hosted Business Overview Seminars in front of several hundred people, holding Private Business Receptions and also small group sessions with a few people.
Course Coordinator Fitness Scotland December 2012-December 2013
Fitness Scotland is the National Governing body for Health and Fitness. This job included several different roles; I was the National Course Coordinator which meant that I had to plan and organise every course that the company held. I had to select and book a venue, book a course tutor and make sure that they had all the relevant paperwork required for the selected course. I was travelling the country visiting different Fitness and Leisure centres promoting all the courses and teaching classes relevant to our work so that candidates were clear on what they were going to be signing up for. As the course coordinator I also got trained in the running of many of the courses that were running and ensures that I had experience of every course that was delivered. This helped to ensure that I knew the details of every course and understood the customer experience so that I could provide the best customer service and make sure that the Candidates had the best start to their Fitness career as possible.
Waiter/Kitchen Assistant Paparazzi Bistro August 2012-December 2012
Paparazzi were a bistro and restaurant in Bridge of Allan providing Italian based food and drink. I was a Waiter and kitchen assistant who served the public on a daily basis in a friendly manor and provided excellent customer service. I also helped out the kitchen staff by prepare all the meals and delivering required ingredients when they were short
Transport Assistant H&R Gray Stirling August 2011-March 2012
H&R Gray is a haulage company who deliver goods to several different warehouses and departments all over the UK. I was responsible for keeping up to 20 Lorry drivers on schedule – ensuring they had another delivery, or pick up, to go to. It was also my responsibility to check that the drivers had no infringements on their Taco discs and driving cards, making sure that all drivers were abiding by the law.
