About Maria
I studied 2years in college for business information systems. But through my entire life my passion is always been in sports. I have been taking and attending all different types of working out sports and activities( ping pong, karate, kick box, tae bo, zumba, spinning classes, bootcamp). But what i truly few in love and been practising for the last 2years is yoga.

My teaching methodology is making sure i teach you the best way for you to really open yourself connect eith your body and pull out the best feeling you can get out of your workout. My job is to make sure you will learn the right way of doing the posses(which will be harmless for you and bring you the most satisfaction you can get of mastering the posse) and get the right happy feeling of the result.
