I would describe the style as results-driven. Since I work with students one-on-one, I always try to define the goals with each one, what they want to achieve, and what they expect from my classes. Definitely, I consider their current level of language skills, grammar, and lexis, so I come up with a clear plan for the entire course including tests, in order to evaluate our progress regularly.
