About Maanya
I'm a Psychology (Honors) student with a Biology minor at Krea University, currently building a strong foundation in both the science and application of human behavior. Alongside academics, I've worked on content and communications with organizations like Nikore Associates and Unmish, which has sharpened how I break down complex ideas for different audiences. I also run a content platform where I simplify concepts for everyday understanding — a skill I bring directly into teaching. I teach psychology through real-world application, not memorization. Every concept is anchored in everyday examples - how memory biases show up in exam prep, why habits form the way they do - before we connect it to the research behind it. Classes follow a simple structure: a relatable scenario, the underlying theory, then a discussion linking it to students' own experiences. I work with high schoolers and college freshers, focusing on building genuine understanding over rote recall. My edge is combining a psychology and biology background with hands-on content-creation experience, making abstract concepts concrete, current, and easy to retain.
