Hello! I’m a native speaker from Spain and I’ve taught university students and kids for a couple of years now. I have a BA in philology and I’m pursuing a Teaching master's at the moment.

About Hugo
Right now I’m part of SIU’s Spanish Professor cohort. I have been peer-reviewed and given extensive teaching courses. My supervisors and peers best describe me as someone familiar, friendly, and easygoing, and I love to show that in the way I teach. As a matter of fact, I also have experience with bilingual kids and language acquisition as I have been a bilingual support aid in Public Elementary Schools in the State of Illinois for two years now.
