My course covers a diverse range of topics that take you on your journey from an absolute beginner upto an intermediate level and prepares you to participate in various chess tournaments.
The chess concepts you learn during the course are explained using real world examples, that will help you understand with them in a better manner. Below are some of the high level concepts you will learn -
- Understanding the piece movements, checks and checkmates, tactics such as pins, forks, discovered attack, double attack etc.
- Regular home work shall be given and discussed in each session.
- Regular puzzle solving, feedback and discussions on taught topics.
- Reviewing and learning from classic games (played by grandmasters from 1920s to 1960s) and implementing them in our games
- Opening theory, middle game and endgame strategies
AND much much more!
- Plenty of mini-games & proper games will be played every session
My classes are highly interactive where students can actively participate and have fun while learning!
Chess is an ever evolving game so no amount of courses and lessons shall be enough! Regular practice is highly recommended based on the topics taught in the session.
