About Bikash
My name is Bikash Patra, and I am a trained professional athlete and have now become a personal trainer. For a year, and now that I started this, I started noticing that a lot of people, mostly our younger generation, are facing a lot of health issues that not only affect their bodies but also affect mental health as well, so I want to completely change this health and mental issue from the people, that not only affect their bodies but also affect mental health as well, so I want to completely change this health and mental issue from the people, which effects their personal and professional lives somehow, so I want to help others by sharing what I learn from these past years experiences with myself and listening and working with other people as well.
