Oftentimes, in a school setting a teacher has to follow a curriculum. I find that curriculums aren’t always tailored to a student's needs. Sometimes you have to teach away from the curriculum to help your students understand your lesson. I’m confident in my ability to adapt to every student's way of learning and helping them learn in a way that’s most helpful to them.
