Hello! I am Trenton Rhodes, a senior Music Composition major at the University of Central Arkansas. I am an award-winning composer and would love to help you refine your Music Theory and Orchestration

About Trenton
Who am I? I am based primarily in Arkansas and am finishing up my Bachelor's in Music Composition and Music Education at the University of Central Arkansas. Recent awards include Winner of the Association of Concert Bands Young Composers Composition Contest, Winner of the Fivemind Reeds 1st Annual Call for Scores, 1st Place for Student Awards at the College Music Society South Central Chapter Conference, and many more. My parents are music educators, so music sings in my blood. Through them I gained not just a lot of information about music, but a deep love and passion for music that inspires everything I do. I started piano at 6, and by 8 I was studying at a university. I started trumpet and composition at 9, and the rest is history!

My philosophy is that every single student deserves the chance to have a meaningful experience with music. To this end, my lessons will be completely catered to the individuals taking them - Music Theory lessons will work if you've never heard a note in your life, and they'll work if you've studied music at university. Orchestration lessons will primarily be designed for music students taking orchestration classes or who are composition majors, but I believe anyone regardless of background would benefit from these lessons. Why should you learn from me? Because my music has won awards all over the world, and I have a deep passion for music education and for the true beauty of music.
