About Jessica
I am currently pursuing my Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Administration and have completed my Associate's in Business Administration. My education has given me a strong understanding of child development, learning styles, and how to support children at different stages. Even in a remote setting, I keep sessions engaging, structured, and interactive so children stay focused and involved. I'm very intentional with how I guide learning and take pride in helping children build both their skills and their confidence over time.

I work with young children every day through my daycare, and I've developed a real passion for helping kids who struggle with focus, frustration, or feeling behind. I have ADHD myself, and even my own kids all learn in very different ways, so I understand how overwhelming learning can feel when it's not clicking. Because of that, my approach is very patient and flexible. I focus on helping kids slow down, break things into smaller steps, and actually understand what they're doing instead of just rushing through it. I use simple strategies that keep them engaged like audiobooks and following along visually, highlighting key parts, and using tools that help with focus and control.
A typical session with me is calm, supportive, and adjusted to the child's pace. We might work on reading, early skills, or homework, but I always make sure they feel comfortable and not overwhelmed. My goal is to help kids not only improve, but start to feel more confident and capable in their learning.
