About Kira
I bring over 4 years of teaching experience and a BM in Choral Conducting (Vocal Emphasis) to every session I teach. My passion is helping singers master their voice for studio and recording work. I work with a wide range of genres, from R&B and Pop to Hip-Hop and Electronic music. Lessons focus on key aspects of professional singing like microphone technique, tone control, and recording awareness. We cover topics such as vocal compression, harmony stacking, and effective use of auto-tune. I also teach how to collaborate smoothly with producers and sound engineers. My sessions combine musical creativity with technical skill-building. I’ve worked with students at all levels — from young performers to established artists. Each lesson is a mix of structured practice and creative discovery. I aim to bring out each singer’s unique sound. Together, we’ll build your confidence, refine your style, and prepare you for success in the studio.

My teaching method is centered on helping singers perform with confidence, skill, and emotion. I design lessons that strengthen the voice and prepare the mind for performance. Breath support, tone quality, and vocal agility are developed through focused exercises. We also prepare thoroughly for auditions by rehearsing under realistic conditions. Managing stage fright is part of every lesson — I teach methods for turning nervous energy into excitement. I emphasize stage presence and authentic communication with the audience. Repertoire selection is personal; I help students choose pieces that best express their individuality. I enjoy guiding both adult beginners and advanced teens who are ready to grow. Each lesson is carefully structured yet flexible. I give detailed feedback to build awareness and consistency. Students learn to perform under pressure and feel confident doing so. My teaching style balances challenge and encouragement. Together, we build technical skill, emotional strength, and lasting performance confidence.
