firstly i need to get to know the student and what the main problem and focus of their subjects that we need to really work on. Then create a plan that fits around all of the things they are struggling with the most and then we crack on and get it sorted and really teach them how to deal with all their down sides and also their up sides and what they enjoy because to learn you have to enjoy it.
